Lera Love Story- Villa Woodbine
Stephanie and Abel were such a delight to work with. From the very first phone meeting I had with Stephanie I knew our journey would be a memorable one. Abel is a veterinarian and Stephanie a surgical nurse. Both had busy schedules so we stepped in and assist them with finding the perfect venue, vendors all leading to the day of details.
Every time we had meetings we always had a strong connection and I loved that Stephanie trusted all her wedding details to me. Stephanie and Abel's wedding day is truly a memorable day, they celebrated along with Stephanie grandparents wedding anniversary. In honor of her late grandfather Stephanie knew this was the perfect way to not only honor his memory but share the joy on such a special day with her grandmother.
Details were endless, we went with a vintage and romantic theme surrounded by gorgeous florals, ambiance and love.
Stephanie's Words: The reception site was as if you were in an enchanted
renaissance mansion which led out to a secret garden. It was filled with
luscious foliage and a gigantic oak tree out in the back that was breathtaking.
From the first time we set foot into Villa Woodbine we knew this was the place
for us. The décor of the ceremony was just dreamy. From the elegant chandelier
hanging from the oak tree to the white columns with flowers draping them,
everything felt so magical. The reception, which took place in the same area as
the ceremony, had been transformed beautifully into an open air ballroom
underneath the stars—completely jaw dropping! The transition between the spaces
was done seamlessly and flawlessly thanks to the venue, florist, and wedding
planner teams. The day was nothing short of perfection! The
weather that day could not have been better--a cool 65 degrees in sunny South
Florida for an outdoor wedding. Everything turned out beyond what we expected.
The venue we selected was a romantic and enchanting Spanish mansion with rich
foliage. One of my favorite pieces of décor was the large crystal chandelier
hanging from a massive oak tree out in the back yard. The florals and
centerpieces were breathtaking and it all seemed so magical. The day went by
flawlessly. We were married under the oak tree surrounded by our most intimate
friends and family at sunset. After the ceremony, Abel and I were fortunate
enough to be able to attend cocktail hour and mingle with our guests—what a
great idea that was. The reception was elegant and inviting and the food was
scrumptious. We danced the entire night away with each other and our
friends/family until the music stopped playing. We hardly lost sight of each
other all night and made it a point to be present in the moment and appreciate
the beauty of it all. That night was surreal and undeniably one of, if not the
best, memory we have as the first day of the rest of our lives. A
second special moment was having our dog, Ginger, be a part of our great day.
We adopted Ginger together and she is our loyal companion who goes everywhere
with us. It would not have been the same without her! We love that she was photographed
with us on our big day so that we will always remember her and what a special
place she holds with us.
