This year we are offering a special "Day of" price for new clients only! Between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. we are offering our $1,000.00 Day of package at 50% off that's right for only $500.00
What's included you ask?! Here are the details....
*One meeting to get to know clients and go over details for wedding.
*One meeting to go over wedding logistics and put together final details
*6 hours of event day coverage until the beginning of dinner service
*Reception only coordination (Ceremony and Rehearsal not included in this special)
*Oversee and assure all formalities are happening accordingly to timeline such as Grand Entrance, First dances, Toast dinner, etc, etc...
*Contact off site vendors before wedding and introduce ourselves and let them know we will be in charge the day of your wedding.
*Provide a time line of Grand Entrance, First dances, Bouquet & Garter toss and Cutting of the cake. (Given to all vendors to follow and assure a smooth flow of the event)
*Assist guest with finding their tables, greet and welcome them to your event.
*Direct Guest to sign-in book, place notes on wishing well or direct to your photo booth.
*Go over final details of wedding either one week before or one day prior to wedding day.
*Set up only reception site such as favors, pictures, decorations etc. all to be provided to us 1 day before the wedding. We will pick up cake knives, toasting glasses, etc, etc and be given to the bride person of choice to take care of for the bride. This will be done after all the main events have been taken care of.
*Host/Hostess of event.
*Orchestrating Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination (fee applies)
*Complete supervision of event to make sure everything is running smoothly and on time up until the main events have been taken care of until the start of dinner.
*Assist Bride, Groom and families with anything they need and any concerns they have with venue and vendors.

Current client upgrades: Day of clients with 6 hours of event day coverage can now upgrade for 2 extra hours for an additional $100.00. Full service planning clients can now upgrade from your current package to the next corresponding package for an additional fee of $250.00 Disclaimer: In order to get our Black Friday deal you must book the services on Black Friday only!! Between 8 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. How do you proceed bookings well easy first email us or simply call us and let us know which package or upgrade you wish to purchase and we will make contract and payment arrangements with you then.
